Our Managing Director Chloe has been with us since day one and has over 15 years of marketing experience to call on, having worked on a huge range of brands from banks and breads, to soft drinks and sippin’ whiskeys. Her impeccably high standards mean that Chloe is constantly pushing to ensure that we deliver the best possible work for our clients. Whether driving crystal clear strategic responses or guaranteeing implementation excellence, she embodies the agency philosophy - Be Better.
Paul started life client side, working in the UK and US on soft drink and alcohol brands (including Product Group Manager at Britvic), before moving to agency side. Having sold his previous agency to WPP, he ran one of their companies before starting a new agency (us). Entrepreneurial with a passion for growing brands, Paul is very keen on ensuring that Communicator delivers real, quantifiable value to clients. He also believes that we need to be genuinely passionate about any client we work for. If we’re not, we don’t deserve to work with them.
Sean worked with Chloe at Paul’s original agency, then left for a brief (but shining) stint in Australia at FCB and Marketing Drive, returning to the UK and working at Dynamo and Triangle before coming back to his first love - Communicator. Sean has worked on brands as diverse as Robinsons, Mars, National Lottery and Starbucks and is an award winning, multi-talented and strategically driven creative force.
Having been with us for over 10 years, Richard has developed a passion for strategy and brand development. Whilst grounded in a truly integrated upbringing, he has particular strengths in digital and social. Under his leadership our relationship with Jack Daniel’s has grown to cover Ireland and the US, as well as the UK and we also fulfill a global CRM consultancy role for the brand.
Ben joined us from a large ad agency 9 years ago. He has been instrumental in developing our business with Colgate and Lanson, consistently working to improve brand share and value. The consummate account handler, Ben’s ability to inspire and motivate and his keen eye for detail combine to guarantee excellence of delivery throughout the agency.
